Interpreting for Pediatric Genetics

FREE workshop

Event description

"Interpreting for Pediatric Genetics", a FREE workshop for interpreters in health care, is led by nationally recognized trainer Cynthia E. Roat, MPH, and co-hosted by the Mountain States Regional Genetics Network (MSRGN) and the National Coordinating Center (NCC).

This virtual workshop consists of two parts.

In order to receive a certificate of attendance, you must attend both sessions.
You will receive 7 hours of CE for this class, both through CCHI and through IMIA.

If you are a medical interpreter, we invite you to join us for this six-hour virtual training that will help you to better understand and more accurately interpret the information provided during a genetics appointment.

Space is limited to 30 PARTICIPANTS, and people are signing up left and right, so you want to make sure to save your space! Once we reach this limit, we will not approve any more registrations but will begin a waiting list and try to offer another session at a later date/time.
