Interpretare da e verso l'italiano. Didattica e innovazione per la formazione dell'interprete.

Ed. by Mariachiara Russo, Bononia University Press, Bologna, 2021, ISBN 9788869239878, ISBN online 9788869239885

This book brings together the research and teaching experience of the trainers of the Department of Interpreting and Translation of the University of Bologna, Forlì Campus: teaching of interpreting from and into Italian in monologic contexts, such as conferences, and in dialogic contexts, such as public services. It also examines language-independent topics that touch on emerging areas of interpreting, such as new technologies and computer-assisted interpreting tools, the use of interpreting corpora, software for the teaching and practice of remote interpreting, theatrical training in interpreter education, interpreting for asylum seekers and minors. It also touches on areas already explored in interpreting studies but revisited here, such as the role of the interpreter, mother tongue, quality, the communicative-interactional dimension of interpreting, court interpreting and wiretapping. The book is addressed to students, teachers and researchers in the field of interpreting, but also to those who deal with interculturality and interlingual communication.
