Survey to support communication in multilingual service

The University of Alcalá, the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (both members of the EMT network) and ENPSIT have launched a survey to collect information from public service providers as well as public service interpreters and translators on the use of different types of technologies - such as machine translation systems or terminology systems - to support and facilitate communication in multilingual service encounters.
