A brand-new site promoting multilingualism

"Multilingualism at the Court of Justice of the European Union" is a new portal to raise awareness of multilingualism as it is practiced at the Court of Justice of the EU.

It aims to highlight the linguistic and operational challenges of maintaining multilingualism in judicial proceedings at both the Court and the Tribunal.

The website sheds light on the significant investments required for multilingualism, both in terms of human resources and new technologies essential for its effective implementation. It also explored career opportunities available in this field.

The new site is intended to become a point of reference for legal multilingualism and a tool to ensure the dissemination of case law in all EU official languages.

It also serves as a collaborative platform where anyone interested can submit content, events, or projects related to multilingualism in each of the official languages of the European Union.

To visit the website please go to: http://www.curia.europa.eu/jcms/multilinguisme.

The website is also present as a reference on this page of the KCI permanent section.
