About me
Biography
Originally from London, UK but currently based in Stockholm, Sweden, I am a native English-speaking freelance conference interpreter and translator.
I hold an MA in conference interpreting (graduated December 2018) from London Metropolitan University, as part of which I undertook training in simultaneous interpreting at the United Nations Office in Geneva, as well as at the International Maritime Organisation in London.
Since graduating, I have been undertaking assignments on the private market while also working to get my French to a solid 'C' level and adding Swedish to my language combination.
Last but not least, I strive to actively keep up my languages through language exchanges with native speakers of my languages, along with weekly online practice sessions with other fellow interpreting colleagues.
I am always looking to meet others who are keen to practice and hone their interpreting skills!
